The published book ran to [16] pp. This fragment is half is essentially half of it, but it includes the pig illustration on the title, and the pig-themed decorative initial by Gloria Stuart. Printed on Tovil handmade paper. Some light soiling and staining. Very good. Inscribed in pencil by Ward Ritchie to Gloria Stuart: "To Gloria, my favorite artist. Love, Ward". Item #18049

This is one of the scarcest Laguna Verde Imprenta titles, the entire edition consisting of only twenty-five copies. (OCLC notes nine copies in libraries.) It is also one of only two miniatures produced by the press, the other being A Little Quince.
