The Amusing Puzzling Book contains riddles in rhyming verse on the wrappers, followed by twenty-four riddles also written in rhyming verse. Sixteen of the riddles, including the one on the front wrapper, are accompanied by an illustration. The answer to each riddle is printed underneath the last line of verse.
