We can find nothing about either the author or the illustrator, including their real names or dates. The Green Bird is a story about a young prince named Allhum who is led deeper into a forest by a mysterious green bird; the bird is sent by the fairy Queen Perizadeh, who is in love with Allhum and wishes to marry him.
