Pages ruled in red throughout. Appendix has separate title page with same year of publication and engraved device. Some corners lightly worn. Endpapers with offsetting from the leather binding. Front flyleaf has light wear at gutter margin. A very good copy, clean and tight. Royal binding of contemporary gilt-tooled morocco with the gilt monogram of George II, and "Chapel Royal Hampton Court" stamped on front and rear boards, skillfully rebacked in period style with a gilt-lettered brown morocco label.
