One hundred and twenty four clothbound copies are signed and numbered. The rest are published in paper wrappers. Illustrations cut from pear & maple wood by Steven Chayt. Headpieces and two larger illustrations in color on double-title page. The type is Frederic W. Goudy's Kennerley, designed in 1911, handset by Meryl and Steven Chayt, who printed the book on an 8x12 treadle press on Rives lightweight buff paper. Bound by Earle Gray. Some fading to spine and upper front cover. Signed by the illustrator on title page and inscribed by the author in purple ink on the colophon: "Arthur E. Lane. This is copy 'g,' containing the first draft of "In a Place of Elegy." A near fine copy. Blue cloth with brown and red paper labels on spine and front cover. Pocket on back pastedown.
