This is one of the press’s most ambitious publications. It brings together translations from Yale’s important Pound collection, including many that were hitherto unpublished. Included are a fragment of Anglo-Saxon verse, translations of poems by the French Troubadours and translations from the Italian, including the work of Guido Cavalcanti. Pound produced this material between 1905 and 1943.
