[204] pp., densely written in dark brown ink, on faintly lined paper, with numerous carefully drawn illustrations of machinery used in spinning, carding and weaving, together with some weaving patterns. The text illustrations are sometimes heightened in colors, and a few small illustrations are pasted in. In addition, there are some nine onlays of sketches of machinery on india paper.
